Dr. Fady Sadek is a comprehensive general dentist with advanced training in dental implants, oral surgery, and full-arch rehabilitation. He is currently completing his Master's in Oral Implantology at Jacksonville University and has extensive experience in implant placement, extractions, bone grafting, guided surgery, and full-mouth treatment planning. Dr. Sadek focuses on providing modern, patient-centered care with an emphasis on function, aesthetics, and long-term outcomes. His practice philosophy combines advanced surgical techniques, digital dentistry, and compassionate communication to help patients restore their oral health and confidence. Fluent in English, French, Arabic, and Spanish, Dr. Sadek is passionate about connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds and making high-quality dental care more comfortable and accessible. He also offers IV sedation to help patients feel relaxed, comfortable, and at ease during dental treatment and surgical procedures. He works closely with local healthcare providers and businesses to help patients access high-quality care for dental emergencies, missing teeth, cosmetic concerns, and comprehensive restorative treatment. Shelby serves as the Practice Operations Manager at Chattanooga Dentures and Implants (CDI). She is passionate about the dental field and finds great joy in witnessing the transformative impact a new smile can have on a patient s life. Her dedication to patient care is evident in the happiness and confidence she helps bring to each individual. Shelby has been married to her high school sweetheart since 2021, and they have been together since 2011. They share their home with two lovable golden doodles and a miniature pet pig, adding a touch of fun to their lives. In her free time, Shelby enjoys spending her summers boating on the Tennessee River, RV camping, and cherishing moments with friends and family.
