All-on-4. Four implants, one complete smile.
All-on-4 is a technique that uses four dental implants to hold a full arch of fixed replacement teeth. Here is how it works, and how it compares to your other options.

What is All-on-4, exactly?
All-on-4 is a technique for replacing every tooth in the upper or lower jaw. Instead of one implant per tooth, your doctor places four implants in the arch. Those four implants hold a complete set of fixed teeth.
The word fixed matters here. Your new teeth stay in your mouth day and night. There is nothing to unclip, soak, or glue in.
Unlike removable dentures, implants don't slip, don't cover the roof of your mouth, and let you taste and enjoy your favorite foods again.
Bone matters too. Full mouth dental implants require minimal bone and provide the strongest chewing capability of any tooth replacement option.

All-on-4 vs snap-in vs traditional dentures
Three very different ways to replace a full arch of teeth. Here is how they stack up.
All-on-4 Implants
Four implants. A full arch of fixed teeth.
Fixed or removable
Fixed. Your teeth stay in your mouth.
Stability
Anchored on four implants. No slipping or shifting.
Daily care
Brush in place, much like natural teeth.
Cost
The biggest investment of the three.
Snap-In Dentures
Removable teeth that lock onto implants.
Fixed or removable
Removable. Snaps on and off 2-4 implants.
Stability
Locked in place while you wear them. No adhesives.
Daily care
Take them out to clean. Most doctors recommend removing them at night.
Cost
A lower cost than All-on-4.
Traditional Dentures
A proven option with no surgery.
Fixed or removable
Removable. Rests on your gums.
Stability
Can shift while eating or talking. Often needs adhesive.
Daily care
Remove to soak and clean every day.
Cost
The most affordable starting point.
Not sure which one fits? Many patients start with dentures or snap-ins and upgrade later. Your doctor will walk you through all three at your free consultation.
The technique you want, at the best price.
SPG delivers All-On-4 "Teeth in a Day" (with Zirconia prosthetics). If you have a written quote from another provider, bring it to your consultation.
To qualify, the competing plan must outline the same procedure type, the same number of implants, and comparable materials.

Is All-on-4 right for you?
All-on-4 tends to fit people who check a few of these boxes.
Most or all of the teeth in one arch are missing, broken, or failing.
You want teeth that stay in. Nothing to take out at night.
You are done with loose dentures, adhesives, and covered palates.
You want the strongest bite a tooth replacement can offer.
You were told you do not have enough bone. Ask us anyway.
On that last one, hear us out. Even if you've been told you don't have enough bone for implants, our doctors can create a custom solution for you.
And if the investment is the sticking point, snap-in dentures give you implant stability at a lower cost than All-on-4. Fixed teeth can come later, when you are ready.
