These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent by SPG Dental Implant Centers (“SPG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to mobile numbers provided through spgdentalimplants.com and related SPG consultation forms. By providing your mobile number and consenting to SMS messages, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
SPG Dental Implant Centers is a national network of dental implant practices. If you opt in, we may send automated SMS messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, customer care messages, and other appointment-related communications about your free consultation or ongoing care.
We do not use this SMS program to send unrelated advertising without your consent. Message content is limited to the program described above.
2. Consent
You must provide prior express consent before we send SMS messages to your mobile number. Consent is collected through an unchecked, required checkbox on our free consultation form (and other SPG web forms that request a mobile number). Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving a free consultation.
3. Message frequency
Messaging frequency may vary. You may receive messages when you request a consultation, when an appointment is scheduled, changed, or approaching, and when customer care follow-up is needed.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. SPG Dental Implant Centers is not responsible for those charges.
5. How to opt out
You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After we process your request, you will receive a confirmation and we will stop sending SMS messages to that number. You may also opt out by calling us at (888) 322-4716. Opt-out requests are honored as required by applicable law.

7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and the authorized user of the mobile number you provide. You represent that you are permitted to receive SMS messages at that number.

We use the mobile number you provide to send the messages described in these SMS Terms. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with service providers who support customer care, scheduling, or message delivery is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except as required to deliver the messaging service or as required by law. 9. Carrier liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.
10. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
