Dr. Brian Polillo, DDS, AFAAID

Dr. Brian Polillo is a compassionate and highly skilled implant dentist proudly serving patients at North Seattle Dentures and Implants. He earned his dental degree from Creighton University School of Dentistry and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency through Lutheran Medical Center. He has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education focused specifically on implant dentistry and is an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AFAAID) . Dr. Polillo is passionate about restoring smiles and improving quality of life through dentures, implants, and full-arch solutions. His care philosophy centers on patient comfort, honesty, and results that truly last. He has also participated in several international humanitarian dental trips, serving patients in underserved communities across Guatemala, Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, and Ethiopia—experiences that shaped his deep commitment to serving others with empathy and excellence. Outside the office, Dr. Polillo enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Laura, their daughter Parker, son Miles, and their dog Nala. Whether he’s chasing his kids around or enjoying the natural beauty of the Northwest, Dr. Polillo values every moment with his family.
