Dr. Dillon Caines, DDS

Dr. Dillon Caines is dedicated to helping patients at Buffalo Dentures and Implants restore their confidence, function, and quality of life through advanced implant dentistry and full-mouth rehabilitation. His approach combines surgical precision with a strong focus on achieving natural, long-lasting smiles. Dr. Caines earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the New York University College of Dentistry, where he developed a passion for oral surgery, dental implants, and complex smile transformation. During his clinical training, he completed extensive rotations at Bellevue Hospital and Lincoln Hospital in New York City, gaining experience managing complex surgical and restorative cases. To further refine his clinical and surgical skills, Dr. Caines completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at NYU Langone Health, where he received advanced training in implant surgery, surgical prosthetics, comprehensive treatment planning, and full-mouth rehabilitation. Beyond residency, with the goal of learning from the leaders who helped shape modern implant dentistry, Dr. Caines pursued a multi-year Master of Oral Implantology degree at Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany. There, he trained alongside the internationally recognized pioneers and innovators of implant dentistry while participating in advanced clinical education and research. His postgraduate education included expert-level training with world-renowned implantologists in Frankfurt, Germany; Munich, Germany; and Vienna, Austria, exposing him to the latest evidence-based techniques in implant surgery, bone regeneration, and prosthetic rehabilitation. In addition to his extensive postgraduate education, Dr. Caines has over four years of experience in private practice beyond his formal training. He has successfully treated a wide range of implant, restorative, and comprehensive dental cases while remaining committed to continuing education and the highest standards of patient care. Dr. Caines believes every patient deserves a healthy, functional, and confident smile. Whether replacing a single missing tooth or restoring an entire arch, he strives to deliver predictable results through meticulous planning, advanced technology, and compassionate care. Outside of the office, Dr. Caines enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends. His favorite activities include traveling, reading, hiking, fishing, paddle sports, and golf.
