Dr. Fabio Dotti is a highly experienced dentist with over 17 years of clinical practice and a strong background in oral surgery and implant dentistry. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and a full-time residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the prestigious University of São Paulo, where he received advanced training in surgical procedures, implantology, and complex rehabilitation cases. Following his surgical training, Dr. Dotti served as a Dental Officer in the Brazilian Air Force, working in a military hospital environment. During his service, he rose to the rank of First Lieutenant and later became Head of the Oral Surgery Department, where he led surgical teams and managed comprehensive care for a diverse patient population. Dr. Dotti brings extensive experience in implant dentistry, having placed thousands of dental implants and performed numerous full-arch rehabilitation procedures, including advanced remote anchorage techniques for complex and atrophic cases. His clinical approach emphasizes precision, efficiency, and patient-centered care. After relocating to the United States, Dr. Dotti completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the University of Rochester Eastman Institute for Oral Health, where he further refined his skills in comprehensive dentistry, digital workflows, and multidisciplinary treatment planning.
